Allambie Heights Village Ltd has proudly served the Northern Beaches since 1966, and we’re excited to open Bellburra mid-next year. Thoughtfully designed to provide a premium retirement lifestyle, Bellburra stands out due to its serene surroundings and breathtaking views of the city skyline. With just 24 three-bedroom apartments, residents can enjoy a more intimate and close-knit community.
The village offers level access and low-rise living, making it both convenient and comfortable. Each spacious apartment includes expansive indoor and outdoor areas, cross-flow ventilation, surrounded by nature. Bellburra is designed to embrace the best of both nature and modern living.
Is Bellburra near public transport or services if I prefer not to drive?
Absolutely! Bellburra is located just 850m from Allambie Heights Shopping Village—a short 10-minute level walk. The shopping village offers all essential services, including a large IGA supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants, a newsagent, chemist, and even a pet groomer.
For public transport, there’s a bus stop only 100m from Bellburra on Allambie Road. Buses provide easy connections to Chatswood, Warringah Mall, Manly Wharf and the City, ensuring that you can get around without the need for a car.
Is Bellburra suitable for pet owners?
Yes, Bellburra is pet-friendly! We understand that pets are part of the family. Several courtyard apartments have been designed with pet owners in mind, featuring dual aspects with enclosed outdoor spaces. The apartments offer a rear courtyard and a front balcony, giving pets plenty of room to roam safely while allowing excellent cross-flow ventilation.
What are some of the key amenities onsite for residents to enjoy?

Is there a bushfire risk at Bellburra?
The village and it’s buildings have been designed to include extensive buffer zones and non-flammable building materials, which have been approved by the Rural Fire Services Design Team and Fire Engineer Team.
